Ampgrove builds and operates an AI-driven load forecasting and dispatch recommendation platform for electric utilities and grid operators. Our Service allows utility operations teams to request pilot configurations, contact our team, and access product information related to feeder-level grid intelligence tools.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Service, how we use it, and the choices available to you. It applies to information we collect through ampgrove.com and through direct communications with our team. • Professional information relevant to evaluating Ampgrove for your grid operations context, including your job title, utility or company name, state, and estimated feeder count;
• The content of messages or questions you send us through the Service.

This information is used to evaluate pilot fit, respond to inquiries, and communicate with utility operations teams who have expressed interest in our platform. We do not use contact form submissions for purposes unrelated to the inquiry that prompted them.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you visit ampgrove.com, we automatically collect limited technical information:

• IP address and approximate location (city/region level);
• Browser type, operating system, device class;
• Pages visited, referring URLs, time on page;
• Cookie and similar identifiers (see Section 5).

This technical data is used for site security, performance monitoring, and understanding which product and technical content is most useful to utility operations teams evaluating our platform. 6. Data Retention

Inactive contacts on our pilot inquiry list who have not engaged with us within 24 months are removed. Server access logs are retained 90 days, then aggregated and anonymized. Contact form submission records are retained for 36 months to support our ongoing pilot follow-up process, then deleted.

7. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to a bootstrapped technology company handling professional contact information. These include TLS encryption in transit, restricted-access databases, least-privilege access controls, and regular review of who on our small team has access to inquiry data. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take the security of the contact information our utility partners share with us seriously.

8. Your General Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights including access to, correction of, and deletion of personal information we hold about you, as well as the ability to limit certain processing. 9. Colorado Residents (CPA)

• Right to Correction: correct inaccuracies, considering the nature and purposes of processing.
• Right to Deletion: request deletion of personal data concerning you.

9.2 Universal Opt-Out Mechanism
